Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before it ships.
  • To cancel, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:

  1. The items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, in their original condition.
  2. Products should be in their original packaging.
  3. You must provide proof of purchase.

  2. You’ll receive a return authorization and instructions for sending your item back.
  3. Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

We issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll offer a full refund.
  2. Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, we will either issue a refund or send the correct item.
  3. Unsatisfactory Items: If the item does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically take 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help with exchanges, subject to stock availability. Simply follow our return process and specify your exchange request in your communication.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain products are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".
  • Intimate items  due to hygiene reasons.
  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
  • Custom or special-order items.
