Currently, we provide a single shipping option that is both reliable and cost-effective:

- Delivery Time: 4-8 business days (depending on destination)
Standard Shipping:
All orders qualify for free standard shipping, regardless of the order total. Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes between 4-8 business days. Please note, international orders may face additional delays due to customs processing in your country.

Important Notes on Processing
- Orders placed after 2 PM (GMT) will be processed the next business day.
- Processing times may extend during peak seasons (e.g., holidays).
- Pre-order and custom items may require longer processing times, which will be noted on the product page.
Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
- It may take 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

- If you haven't received your tracking number within 3 business days, contact us.
Multiple Shipments
- Larger orders may arrive in multiple packages for efficiency.
- Each package will have its own tracking number but can be tracked under your original order.
International Shipping Information

- Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Address Changes and Corrections
If you need to update your shipping address:
- Email info@cayrebeauty.com immediately with your order number and the new address.
- We will make the changes if your order hasn’t yet been packed.
- Once your order is shipped, we can no longer alter the delivery address.
Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries
- Most carriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If delivery fails, your package may be held at a local depot for collection.
- You are responsible for arranging a new delivery or collecting your package from the carrier.
- Unclaimed packages returned to us may incur a restocking fee.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- All packages are insured for loss or damage during transit.
- If your package is lost or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.
- Please provide photos if your package arrives damaged so we can assist with your claim.
Returns & Exchanges
- We offer a 14-day return window for most products.
- Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
